These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the AI Prime website and the provision of technology services by AI Prime E-Transaction Complex L.L.C. (“AI Prime”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1. Services
AI Prime provides enterprise technology services, which may include software development, artificial intelligence automation, API integration, digital platforms, white-label technology, managed support and related professional services. The exact scope of any paid engagement is defined in a written proposal, order form, statement of work or service agreement.
2. Enterprise Orders
Pricing displayed on this website is indicative unless expressly stated otherwise. Enterprise services are typically customized and may require a signed commercial agreement before work begins.
3. Payment
Payment terms, currency, milestones and invoicing schedules are set out in the applicable proposal or invoice. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information and paying amounts when due.
4. Delivery
Digital services are delivered electronically or through remote implementation. Project timelines depend on scope, customer cooperation, third-party dependencies and agreed milestones.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide timely access to information, systems, approvals and personnel reasonably required for delivery. Customers must not use AI Prime systems for unlawful, fraudulent or prohibited purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership of custom deliverables, pre-existing technology, licenses and reusable components will be governed by the applicable commercial agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, AI Prime retains ownership of its pre-existing technology, tools, frameworks and know-how.
7. Confidentiality
Each party should protect confidential information received from the other and use it only for the relevant business engagement, subject to any separate confidentiality agreement.
8. Third-Party Services
Certain solutions may connect to third-party software, infrastructure or APIs. AI Prime is not responsible for outages, changes or restrictions imposed by third-party providers outside our control.
9. Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Prime will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services. Specific liability arrangements may be defined in a separate service agreement.
10. No Financial Services
The services described on this website are technology services. AI Prime does not provide investment advice, brokerage, portfolio management or other regulated financial services through this website.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and any mandatory local jurisdiction requirements applicable to AI Prime.
